The Austro-Hungarian chatelaine (a pocket watch chain) made of rose 14k gold is formed by an interesting double braided chain. A square opening medallion engraved with the monogram "BB" is attached to the chain. The jewelry has two carabines that are fully functional, in excellent condition.

Marked with the Austro-Hungarian hallmark "fox" with the letter "A" (it was hallmarked in Vienna) used between 1866-1921.
