Delivery

Due to the specific nature of each unique item in our e-shop we recommend booking the items online and coming to see them in person and purchasing at our store at Maiselova 9, Prague city centre. However, if this is not an option for you, we are more than happy to ship any items via Czech Post or FedEx. Each package is fully insured up to its true value.

Orders to CZ up to 5.000 CZK – delivery charge 200 CZK

Orders to CZ above 5.000 CZK – FREE DELIVERY

Orders to SK up to 20.000 CZK – delivery charge 500 CZK

Orders to SK above 20.000 CZK – FREE DELIVERY

Packaging:

Every item you purchase at our e-shop is carefully wrapped and insured. We delivery every item as a 1st class insured letter in the special plastic Czech Post envelopes. The jewellery is placed into our very own Antique Cinolter jewellery boxes. Larger items are secured in bubble wraps and paper boxes, which are also filled with foam peanuts.


Special packaging:

Some antiques that we offer are very fragile and require extra attention when it comes to packaging, we are talking especially about paintings. For this reason, we are forced to add a special packaging charge to a purchase of larger paintings. This charge only applies to a fraction of our stock and is always highlighted in the product detail.
