How long will the delivery take?
The length of delivery depends on the payment method you picked and on the destination. If you selected „payment upon delivery“ your order will be dispatched immediately. If you selected „payment via wire transfer“ your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive your payment. Deliveries within Czech Republic therefore take 2-5 working days. Delivery times for international orders vary and can be found out upon request.

Why can I order some items online and other items only have the reservation/request more info button?

Is it possible to adjust the size of the ring I want to order?
This is possible for most of our rings. In some very rare cases you might come across a ring with a very complex design or engravings and decorations across the entire circumference, which we are unable to adjust. Adjustment of the ring size is free! If you want to adjust a size of ring, please leave us a note. If you need an advice about the sizing, do not hesitate to give us a call.
How long can you hold a reservation for me?
The standard reservation time is 5 days. Exceptions can be made in some special cases.
Do you guarantee the properties of the diamonds in the jewellery items published on your website?
Of course, we do. All our jewellery is graded by a certified gemmologist and a diamond expert Martin Cinolter, who grades diamonds based on the GIA standard. We are also happy to provide you with a certificate upon request.
