How long will the delivery take?

The length of delivery depends on the payment method you picked and on the destination. If you selected „payment upon delivery“ your order will be dispatched immediately. If you selected „payment via wire transfer“ your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive your payment. Deliveries within Czech Republic therefore take 2-5 working days. Delivery times for international orders vary.

Is it possible to order online and pick the item up in person?

This is definitely possible and better for the customer. Due to the unique nature of each item it is definitely better to see it in person first. Online orders can be picked up at our shop in Prague 1, Maiselova 9 street.

How much is it for the delivery?

Our standard delivery fee is 200 CZK within the Czech Republic and 300 CZK to Slovakia. Orders over 5000 CZK have a CZ and SK free delivery. We will provide the fees for international deliveries upon request.

Why can't I order some of the goods online?

To provide a better customer service we handle orders over 100 000 CZK individually. If you are interested in items over 100 000 CZK, please contact us.

Is it possible to resize the ring I want to order?

This is possible for most of our rings. In some very rare cases you might come across a ring with a very complex design or engravings and decorations across the entire circumference, which we are unable to adjust. Adjustment of the ring size is free! If you want to resize a ring, please leave us a note. If you need any advice on the sizing, do not hesitate to give us a call.

How long can you hold a reservation for me?

The standard reservation time is 3 days. Exceptions can be made in some special cases.

Do you guarantee the properties of the diamonds in the jewellery items published on your website?

We do indeed. All our jewellery is graded by a diamond expert Martin Cinolter, who grades diamonds based on the GIA standard. We are also happy to provide you with a certificate upon request.
