SOLD - Austro-Hungarian gold pocket watch chain with tassel
A pocket watch chain made of yellow and rose 14k gold in the last third of the 19th century. It was marked in Prague with the Austro-Hungarian "fox" hallmark used since 1872. Similar jewelry with tassels was popular throughout Europe around 1870. The last photo shows an excerpt from a 19th century jewelry catalog authored by PhDr. Alena Křížová.
The original clasps are functional, and the entire piece is in excellent condition with no damage.
