Happiness is what every one of us seeks in life. Since time immemorial, people have tried to attract happiness through various means and objects. Even in childhood, we attributed almost magical powers to talismans, believing they would protect and help us in difficult situations. Horseshoe

Horses began to be shod in the 5th–6th century. The Celts, who mastered working with iron, believed iron had the power to ward off evil spirits. Practically speaking, losing a horseshoe was a major loss, as iron was a valuable commodity. Conversely, finding a horseshoe was believed to bring good luck.
Additionally, the horseshoe resembles the legendary cornucopia in shape, combining the functions of warding off evil spirits, good fortune, and abundance. This is why horseshoes began to be hung above doorways. According to tradition, the horseshoe should hang "upwards" in a "U" shape so that luck, prosperity, and fertility don't escape.

Four-Leaf Clover

This charming leaf symbolises luck because its leaves are set in the shape of a cross. In Christian tradition, the three-leaf clover symbolises the Holy Trinity – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, while the traditional four-leaf clover represents Divine favour. According to pagan legends, it symbolises the four elements – fire, water, earth, and air, the four seasons, as well as faith, hope, love, and luck. Finding a four-leaf clover is indeed lucky as it occurs only once in every ten thousand three-leaf clovers.
