Silver serving spoon - France, Henri Gabert
A richly decorated silver ice cream serving spoon in its original case. The spoon is made of silver, with the handle featuring ornamental relief work and the bowl engraved with a motif of flowers, a bird, and a butterfly. Partly gilded. The item originates from the Parisian workshop of Henri Gabert, which was active between 1882 and 1901.
In addition to the maker’s mark, it bears the Paris hallmark for 800/1000 silver and comes with a certificate from the Czech Assay Office.
