Zschepplin castle vase - Meissen
Vase is made by the famous Meissen porcelain factory in Germany. It is model E 153 - a marking that was used since 1851. On the front of the vase there is the castle of Zschepplin (Saxony) and on the back the date (anniversary) 30 September 1838 - 30 September 1863. The vase is decorated with many elaborate details including gold painting and handles in the shape of intertwining snakes.
