A stick pin with a horseshoe-shaped head set with 11 natural rose cut diamonds. The material used is 14k (580/1000) rose gold, which is typical for Austro-Hungarian jewelry. Hallmarked in Vienna, probably at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The item has a historical repair on the pin.
Stamped with the Austro-Hungarian "fox" hallmark, the letter "A" (Assey Office in Vienna) and a less legible maker's mark.
