The markets in the squares will not take place. Perhaps even the shops won't be open...Many gifts will need to be purchased online. When personal contact is missing

You might think that a piece of jewellery is not something you could just buy online – without seeing it or trying it on. Fortunately, modern technology makes this possible.

You can view all our items in detailed photos, so you can get a perfect idea of the size, shade, and design, and often, in such photos, you will see things that you might miss with the naked eye.

Our entire team is also ready to assist with selecting a unique gift, either by phone or email, or via social media chat.

It is also possible to view a selected piece of jewellery or other antique at our collection point. This location is open to both businesses and consumers, and we are available for you there. You can view, pick up, or pay for your gift, investment, or even something just for yourself ordered through the online shop. The collection point is also available if you need to exchange or adjust your item.

For the perfect fit

The jewellery we offer is unique. You will most likely not find more of the same piece anywhere in the world. So what do you do if you select a piece of jewellery that doesn’t fit in terms of size? You don’t have to sigh and walk away; we are prepared for such situations. Our skilled goldsmith Alice will adjust it for free (and if the situation allows, and our shop is open, she can even do it while you wait).

And if you would like to personalise the jewellery for your beloved by engraving a message, monogram, or a significant date, we are happy to accommodate that too.

Anytime you are nearby, we will clean your purchased jewellery for free.
