Belle Époque Austro-Hungarian brooch / pendant
This Belle Époque-style brooch made of 14k yellow gold dates back to approximately the early 20th century. The front is silver-plated and set with 38 natural rose cut diamonds. A striking color element is provided by 14 synthetic rubies, typical of the period.
Designed to be worn as a striking solitaire in the form of a brooch or pendant, it has two hooks on the back through which a chain can be threaded. The brooch is in perfect condition and was hallmarked in Vienna with the Austro-Hungarian "fox" hallmark.
