Antiques Cinolter becomes CINOA member!

Our antique dealership is now a proud member of CINOA, the prestigious international confederation of art dealers. We are one of only five companies in the Czech Republic that are affiliated with this association.
CINOA (Confédération Internationale des Négociants en Œuvres d'Art), the International Confederation of Art Dealers, is an association of major auction houses and galleries from 20 countries and more than 5,000 leading art and antiques dealers.
The Confederation was founded in 1935 to protect, preserve and promote the international trade in art and antiques. CINOA actively campaigns on major issues affecting the industry while working hard to promote high professional standards, including the worldwide adoption of the CINOA Code of Ethics.
This obliges traders, for example, to provide correct and complete information to their clients, avoid trading in endangered species or illegally imported goods. CINOA's Charter then emphasises that each member, in addition to his or her role as a dealer, also acts as a consultant who undertakes to respect the rules of the association, and whose mission is to identify antiques and works of art on the basis of his or her own experience and qualifications.
These standards are a given for us at Antiques Cinolter and we are honored to be able to fulfill them, now under the wing of this respected organization.
