This large-format painting with a summery atmosphere depicts a sunlit forest path and a view of the countryside. The painting is executed in oil on canvas and is signed “J. Steinský” (Josef Steinský, born in 1903) in the lower right corner. Framed.

This oil painting on canvas from 1910–1915 depicts a female figure sitting with her back to the viewer by the water's edge, set against a backdrop of lush vegetation. The composition is built up using areas of color and a relaxed brushwork typical of the post-impressionist style of the early 20th century. The impasto technique with visible brushstrokes emphasizes the light atmosphere rather than detailed drawing. The color scheme is based on a harmony of green, ochre, and muted purple tones.

Jan Autengruber (1887–1920) was one of the most prominent talents in Czech painting in the early 20th century. A native of Pacov, he studied at the School of Applied Arts in Prague and then at the prestigious Academy in Munich. His artistic expression was shaped primarily by a long study stay in Italy, thanks to which he achieved extraordinary technical virtuosity. Autengruber's work is characterized by a wide range – from psychologically profound portraits and figural compositions (especially nudes) to dynamic landscape painting. Although his promising career was cut short by the Spanish flu, from which he died in 1920, he left behind a body of work of high artistic value, which is now represented in the most important institutions, including the National Gallery in Prague. Investing in his works is a valuable choice from both a collector's and historical perspective.

This large-format painting depicts a landscape with a rural building and blossoming apple trees. The artwork is executed in oil on canvas and signed “A. Licht” in the lower right corner (Alfréd Licht). The piece is set in its original frame.

Russian icon depicting St. Paraskeva the Martyr. She is blessing with her right hand and pressing an unrolled scroll with text to her chest with her left hand. She is dressed in a red cloak, a green veil, and a blue undergarment. She is crowned by a pair of flying angels, with Veraikon on the left.

The item, which dates from the late 19th century, comes with a sales and export certificate issued by the National Heritage Institute. Due to its age, the icon shows minor damage (the painting is damaged at the edges and the board has been attacked by woodworm).

Plein air painting in oil on cardboard (71 × 61 cm) by Czech painter Gustav Macoun. It depicts a modern landscape with a lake running away from the viewer towards the hilly horizon. It is modelled with muted colours and sovereign broad brushstrokes. With the same amount of expressiveness, the painter has depicted the sky, which plays an important role in this work and completes the mood of the entire artwork.

Gustav Macoun (1889-1934) was a Czech impressionist painter. He studied under Antonín Slavíček and Alois Kalvoda and studied at the Prague Academy. His main area of work was the Bohemian Paradise, Kameničky and the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands. He painted mainly autumn and winter melancholic landscapes, trees and combinations of surfaces with cloud play.

A larger floral still life (38,5 × 58,5 cm) by Czech painter František Jiroudek depicts a harmonious composition full of colours and scents of flowers. Signed and dedicated "Jiroudek", "Christa", "1979".

The dimensions of the painting with frame are 53,0 ×73,5 cm.

František Jiroudek (1914 -1991) was a Czech painter, graphic artist, scenic artist and teacher. He studied at the School of Arts and Crafts, then at the Technical University in Prague and finally at the Academy of Fine Arts under W. Nowak. Until 1961 he was a professor, from 1970 as a rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague.

The painting was executed in watercolour on cardboard in 1842 by the Czech painter Josef Zumsande (1806-1865), who specialised in portrait miniatures. It is an excellent detailed painting from the Biedermeier period. Signed and dated in the lower left corner 'Zumsande 1842'. Framed and glazed.

The painting made in watercolour technique by the famous Viennese portraitist Josef Kriehuber (1800-1876). The portrait depicts a young lady dressed in a white dress. It is an excellent detailed painting. Signed and dated in the lower right corner 'Kriehuber 1833'. 

Josef Kriehuber was a renowned painter and lithographer, best known for his portraits. Thanks to his mastery in portraying men with nobility and women with beauty, he became the most sought-after and best-paid portraitist in Vienna during the Biedermeier period. Over the course of his career, he produced nearly three thousand portraits, including depictions of leading figures such as Ludwig van Beethoven, Emperor Francis I of Austria, and Emperor Maximilian I of Mexico. In 1860, he became the very first visual artist to be awarded the Order of Franz Joseph I. He spent the final years of his life in poverty, as his work was profoundly affected by advances in photography.
